The map tells you when it's your turn

During a storm, the live map in your portal shows the whole fleet working. The moment a machine actually claims your stop and heads your way, the map changes for you: that vehicle's pin is promoted — larger, easy to follow among the others — and a calm band appears across the top of the map: "Vehicle 4 is on the way — ~12 min."

A countdown that feels live

The minutes tick down between map updates, so the band always reads current — not a stale number from the last refresh. The estimate comes from the same live projection the dispatch engine itself uses, so it moves with reality: closer as the machine approaches, adjusted if it gets held up.

If the fleet reroutes

Your fleet dispatches dynamically — occasionally the machine that claimed your stop is pulled to more urgent work first. When that happens, the band simply goes away and the pin returns to normal. No alarm, no error — the storm is still being worked, and the moment a machine claims your stop again, the band comes back with a fresh countdown.

Why it matters

"A vehicle is on the way" is the exact moment you care about most — time to move the car, hold the dog, or just stop wondering. The map tells you calmly, from the real dispatch data, without you having to call anyone.
