Watch the fleet, safely

Snowmass gives you a live tracking map you can share with customers or embed on their own website. It shows machines moving in real time, with stop statuses — without exposing anyone's personal information.

What it shows, and what it hides

  • Vehicle positions updating live, polled every few seconds.
  • Vehicle names only — no operator names, no phone numbers, no personal data.
  • Stop statuses — what's done, what's in progress, what's pending.

How sharing works

A share starts as a secure token. The first visit exchanges that token for a cookie and lands the viewer on a clean URL — so the link is simple to share and the raw token isn't left sitting in the address bar. From there it just works: no login, no account.

Embedding it

The map is built to drop into an iframe on the customer's own site. A property manager can put a live view of their lots right on their tenant portal, branded as theirs.

An honest framing

Live tracking is table stakes — established competitors have it. Where it earns its keep here is the combination: the positions are driven by the same live system as dispatch, it's PII-safe by default, and it's genuinely embeddable rather than a walled-off page. Useful and clean, but not the reason to switch — that's the dispatch engine behind it.
