Proof of every visit
For each property, the service-visit history records every visit it received — with the materials applied and the photos taken on the property. When a customer asks "did you come, and what did you do?", the answer is already there.
What each visit shows
- When the visit happened.
- What material was applied, logged on the property at the time of service.
- Photos taken by the operator as proof of the work.
Why it's more than a log
- It settles disputes — "you never salted the walk" is answered with a timestamp, a material entry, and a photo.
- It's self-serve — customers pull their own history from the portal instead of calling your office.
- It builds trust — a customer who can see the record of every visit doesn't have to take your word for it.
An honest framing
Proof photos and visit logs are table stakes — good competitors have them too. Snowmass does them cleanly and ties them into the same portal as everything else, but this isn't the feature that wins you the account. It's the feature that keeps the account calm: fewer "did you actually come?" calls, and a clear record when one does come in.
