Our story

We built Snowmass for the storm

Legacy snow-removal software was built in the office, for the office — scheduling and invoicing, with dispatch bolted on. It assumes the day goes to plan. Storms don't.

The thesis

Snowmass starts from the storm: a live dispatch engine that keeps a high-density, tractor-based fleet coordinated when drivers don't show, machines break, and driveways re-accumulate. The office tools matter, but the storm is where accounts are won and lost.

How we work

What we believe

Built from the storm inward

Every decision starts with the worst hour of the worst night. If a feature doesn't hold up mid-storm — on a cold tablet, with a machine down — it doesn't ship.

One thing, done exceptionally

We serve dense, tractor-based snow operations — not everyone. That focus is how a small team out-executes the big office suites where it counts.

Honest about tradeoffs

A swarm trades some route familiarity, and we say so on the front page. Trust has to survive a whole winter; hype doesn't make it past the first storm.

We're focused on one thing — making dense, tractor-based snow-removal operations run better under pressure — and we'd rather do that exceptionally than do everything.
