- How pricing works A monthly base fee plus a seasonal charge per active vehicle. Your whole crew is free, and SMS is passed through at cost plus markup.
- What "active vehicle" means A vehicle counts as active in a month if it deployed at least once that month. Spares that never roll out are free.
- Setting up payment Add a card securely through Stripe Checkout so Snowmass can invoice your organization.
- Viewing invoices Open the Stripe Billing Portal to see, download, and manage your invoices.
- The monthly usage snapshot The record behind your invoice: active vehicles and SMS volume for each month.
- Renewals and price changes Your plan renews once a year, and we give you at least 60 days' notice before any rate change takes effect.
