Renewals and price changes

Your plan renews once a year, and we give you at least 60 days' notice before any rate change takes effect.

A once-a-year renewal

Snowmass runs on an annual cycle anchored to the off-season, so nothing about your pricing ever changes in the middle of winter. Your rates are locked for the season you're in; any change takes effect only at your renewal date, well after the last storm and well before the next one.

60 days' notice, always

If your base or per-vehicle rate is going to change at renewal, we email your billing admins at least 60 days ahead — during the quiet season, with plenty of time to review and plan. No mid-winter surprises, and no rate change without written notice first.

Why renew in the off-season

Winters run roughly November through mid-April. Handling renewals in the summer means you set your season's budget before the snow flies, we can reflect real costs honestly, and you're never asked to make a pricing decision on a storm night. It's the calmest possible time to look at next year together.

What doesn't change

Everything included stays included — there are no tiers to climb and no features held back. Your whole crew stays free, spares stay free, and the model itself (monthly base fee plus seasonal per-vehicle) doesn't change; only the specific rates can, once a year, with notice.

Questions

If a renewal notice raises a question about your fleet size, your rate, or your season, reach out before it takes effect — we'd rather sort it out with you in the summer than surprise you in the winter.
