What a job captures

A job ties a property to the ongoing work you've contracted to do there and the service plan that defines it. It's the standing arrangement — "this plaza gets the full-clear plan every storm" — so you don't re-decide the scope every time it snows.

Set up a job

1. Open the property and go to Jobs.
2. Choose Add job.
3. Pick the service plan that describes what's done here (a light residential pass, a full residential clear-and-salt, etc.).
4. Add any notes the crew needs — a gate code, a "salt the ramp first," a "customer parks the loader by the fence."
5. Save.

How jobs feed a storm

When you open a storm and build a pass over a location, each property brings its job's service plan with it. That's what tells the swarm what "cleared" means at that specific property, and it's what shows up in the operator's property instructions.

Keeping jobs current

• Contract changed? Update the job's service plan rather than editing the plan itself — the plan may be shared across many properties.
• Seasonal notes (a spot that ices over, a fussy tenant) belong here, where the operator will actually see them at arrival.
• A property can carry more than one job when a property needs distinct kinds of work; keep each job's scope clean so the plan applied is never ambiguous.
