The incident queue
As a dispatcher you get an org-wide list of every incident your crews have filed. It's ordered so the work that needs attention floats up: unresolved incidents first, and within each group the most recent report on top.
Reviewing one
Open an incident to see the full picture:
- Its type and description.
- The photos the operator attached.
- The property, the run, and the operator it came from.
- Its timestamps — when it was reported and when the dispatcher was notified.
You'll typically already have seen it: filing an incident sends a real-time alert, so it lands in front of you the moment it's reported rather than at end of shift.
Resolving it
- Open the incident from the queue.
- Add any resolution notes — what was done or decided.
- Mark it resolved.
Resolving stamps a resolved-at time and moves it below the open items. The record — description, photos, timestamps — is never lost; it stays part of the property's permanent history and your reports.
