What a proof-of-service record is
For every property in a storm, Snowmass assembles a record of what actually happened on the ground — not a plan, but the executed work:
- The service visit with its arrival and completion times.
- The material applied at that stop, with quantity, unit, and the time it went down.
- Any incident photos and notes tied to that visit.
Because operators capture all of this from the run in real time, the record builds itself — there's no after-the-fact paperwork to assemble.
Where it shows up
- Reports — filter and export service and material history for any storm or property.
- Customer portal — customers see their own service-visit history, including materials and photos, scoped strictly to what they own.
- Per-property run log — a white-label event timeline you can embed on a customer's own site.
Why it's worth having
- Disputes — answer "was my lot done, and with what?" with a timestamped record.
- Trust — customers who can see the work done are customers who renew.
- Compliance and billing — the same record backs your invoices and any usage-based material charges.
