When to file one

Report an incident whenever something happens that deserves a record: damage to a property, damage to a vehicle, a personal injury, or a near miss you want on file. You file it from within an active run, so it attaches to the right stop and operator automatically.

How to report

  1. From your run, open Report incident.
  2. Choose the type — property damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, near miss, or other.
  3. Write a short description of what happened.
  4. Attach photos — add as many as you need straight from the device camera.
  5. Submit.

The moment you submit, the incident is sent to the dispatcher as a real-time alert — there's no waiting until the end of the shift.

Good to know

  • You must be on an active run to file an incident, and it's tied to the stop you're working. If you have no active run, you'll get a clear message instead of a confusing error.
  • Photos are stored with the incident permanently — they become part of the record.
  • Keep descriptions factual and specific; this record may be used to resolve a customer question later.
