What's in your profile

Your profile is personal to you — it's separate from the organization settings that apply to the whole fleet. From it you can update:

  • Your name — your first and last name, how you appear to dispatchers and on the message board. This is the only thing the profile form edits.

Your email is shown here too — it's how you sign in (Snowmass is passwordless: you receive a 6-digit code by email each time you sign in on a new device) — but it's read-only on this screen. To change it, an admin updates it from the team members screen. There's no phone number field in your profile.

Signing in across Snowmass apps

Your session is shared across the Snowmass apps (Router, and where enabled, the other tools in the suite). Signing in once keeps you signed in across them on the same browser, up to a 30-day rolling window and a 90-day hard maximum.

Language

Your profile doesn't hold a separate personal language toggle — Snowmass uses the organization's language for the staff interface. If you need the interface in French, an admin sets the organization language to French (Canada). See the Language article in this section.

Security

You never set a password, so there's nothing to leak. If you sign in on a shared device, sign out when you're done — this revokes that device's session. You can also sign out other devices from your active sessions if your organization exposes that control.
