Reopen a completed or skipped stop
Send the fleet back to a property without losing any of the evidence already logged.
Second passes happen
A property gets cleared, then the road plow re-buries the entrance. Or a stop was skipped early and now needs service. You can reopen a completed or skipped stop and put it back in front of the swarm.
The evidence stays
Reopening does not erase what already happened. The photos, the material application log, the timestamps from the first visit — all of it stays attached. You get a clean record showing the property was served, then reopened, then served again, rather than a confusing overwrite.
Back to the swarm
Once reopened, the stop is pending again and the fleet treats it like any other outstanding work — the nearest, best-positioned machine claims it live. You don't have to chase down a specific operator unless you want to reserve it.
Reopen vs. plow-ridge recheck
For the specific case where a plow re-buries an entrance right after service, operators can mark a stop "cleared with issues," which schedules an automatic recheck after a cooldown. Manual reopen is the dispatcher's tool for every other reason a property needs a return trip.
Why it matters
Real storms aren't one-and-done. Reopen lets you correct course — send someone back, re-service after a plow, fix a premature skip — while keeping an honest, auditable history of everything that was done at the property.
