Proactive failure alerts
Snowmass raises its hand the moment work is at risk — you don't have to go looking.
The system watches so you don't have to
The hardest part of dispatching isn't the machines that are working — it's noticing the ones that quietly stopped. Snowmass surfaces three kinds of trouble in seconds, so a problem finds you instead of you finding it too late.
Silent vehicles still holding work
A machine goes quiet for 5+ minutes but still has a stop claimed. That work is frozen until you act. Snowmass flags it immediately and, if the vehicle stays silent, the self-healing job releases the claim so another machine can take it.
Stranded stops
A stranded stop is pending work with no live vehicle able to reach it — everyone nearby is offline, paused, or already committed. This is the alert that saves a customer: it means a property will be missed unless you add a machine or shift someone.
Stuck or wedged claims
Occasionally a deployment ends up holding two on-property claims at once — a "missed-exit" wedge. Snowmass detects it and heals it automatically, and shows you that it happened.
Why it matters
These are exactly the moments static routes fall apart — a breakdown, a no-show, a GPS dropout. Instead of discovering them on an angry phone call, you see them on the board while there's still time to react.
