Every conversation, one screen

When ten machines are out, ten separate chat threads are hard to watch. The message board gives the dispatcher every on-shift operator's thread in a single view, so nothing gets missed while you're managing a storm.

What the dispatcher sees

• Every active thread in one place — no clicking operator to operator to check for new messages.
• The whole crew at a glance — who's said something, who needs a reply, who's been quiet.
• A jumping-off point — open any thread to reply, or send a fleet-wide broadcast from the same screen.

Why it matters during a storm

A dispatcher running live ops is already watching the map, the coverage, and the failure alerts. Messages can't live in ten places they have to hunt through. The board collapses all operator communication into one column they can keep half an eye on — and act on the moment something comes in.
