Answering a crew call (operators)

Two buttons, no login

When your dispatcher calls the crew you get an email and a push notification. The email link opens a page that needs no password: tap I'm coming or Can't make it. The link is personal to you and is replaced every time a new call goes out, so use the most recent one.

From the app

If you're signed in, the same call shows on the Callouts card (or the Standby card between runs) with the same two buttons.

Changing your mind

Your answer can be changed any time until the dispatcher stands the crew down. If you can't make it, you can pick a reason so dispatch knows what to plan around.

If the storm is called off

You're told when the crew is stood down. Nothing more to do.
