Your workspace URL & multi-tenancy

Every organization has its own address, and its data stays walled off from every other.

Your workspace has its own address

Each organization on Snowmass lives at its own path — snowmass.io/your-org. That slug in the address is how Snowmass knows which workspace you're in. Bookmark it and you'll land in the right place every time.

Why the URL matters

Snowmass is multi-tenant: many organizations share the same platform, but each one's data is walled off from the others. The workspace slug in the path is what selects your tenant. Everything you see — properties, vehicles, events, contacts — is scoped to that one organization.

Strict isolation

  • You only ever see data for the workspace you're in.
  • Membership is enforced on every request, so a link to another org's page won't reveal anything unless you're actually a member there.
  • Trying to reach a record that isn't yours returns "not found," not a peek at someone else's data.

Reserved names

Some slugs are reserved for the platform itself (things like admin, api, support, billing), so no organization can claim them. If you're choosing a workspace slug and it's unavailable, it may be reserved or already taken — pick another.

Belonging to more than one

If you're a member of several organizations, each has its own URL and its own isolated data. Use the workspace picker after signing in to move between them; nothing crosses from one workspace to another.
