Email first, then pick your workspace

Sign in once, choose where to go

Snowmass leads with your email, not a workspace name. That's deliberate: the same person can belong to more than one organization — a contractor who works for two fleets, or a staff member who supports several.

The flow

1. Enter your email. The code proves who you are, independent of any single workspace.
2. Verify the code. Now Snowmass knows the inbox is yours.
3. Pick your workspace. If your email belongs to more than one organization, you're shown a picker; choose the one you want to work in.

If your email belongs to exactly one organization, Snowmass skips the picker and takes you straight in.

Why membership is checked after the code

The 6-digit code only proves you control an inbox — it isn't tied to any workspace. Your access to a given organization is confirmed after verification, against that org's membership list. This keeps one login working cleanly across every workspace you belong to without giving a code any org-specific power on its own.

Switching workspaces later

To move to a different organization you're a member of, return to the workspace picker. Each workspace has its own address (see Your workspace URL), so you can also bookmark the one you use most.
