Running reports & exports

Turn operations into records

Every storm produces data — service visits, materials applied, timings, coverage. Reports let you slice that data for billing, for a customer, or for your own review, and take it out of Snowmass when you need it elsewhere.

Filtering

Reports are built on flexible filtering, so you narrow to exactly what you need:

• by date range or a specific storm event,
• by property or location,
• by vehicle or operator,
• by service type and status.

Combine filters to answer real questions — "everything we did for this property last month," or "material applied across the fleet during Tuesday's storm."

Exporting

Once a report shows what you want, export it:

• CSV for spreadsheets, billing systems, or your own analysis.
• PDF for a clean document to hand a customer or keep on file.

Common uses

• Billing backup — show a customer exactly what was serviced and when.
• Season review — compare storms and coverage over time.
• Dispute resolution — pull the record for a specific property and date.

Reports read straight from the operational record — every service visit, material, and incident as it was logged in the field — so what you export lines up with what actually happened, not a hand-tidied summary.
