Record how much salt, brine, or sand went down — captured on arrival, per stop, without double-counting.

Log it on arrival

Material is recorded per stop, at the property you're on. Because it's proof of service, you log it once you've actually arrived and are on the property — not while you're still en route to the stop.

How to log material

  1. On the property at a stop, open Log material.
  2. Choose the material type — rock salt, treated salt, brine, calcium chloride, sand, or other.
  3. Enter the quantity and pick the unit — kg, lb, L, or gal.
  4. Submit.

The entry is stamped with the time it was applied and tied to that stop's service visit.

Good to know

  • You need an active run and to be on the property at a stop. Between stops there's no stop to attach to, so you'll get a clear prompt instead of an error.
  • Logging is idempotent — if the network hiccups and you tap submit twice, the material is counted once, never doubled. This keeps both your proof of service and any usage-based billing honest.
  • Log each material separately if you laid more than one product at the same stop.
