Build a scenario: properties, service plan, and depot anchor

Drop the properties to clear, pick a service plan, and set the depot the fleet launches from.

Start a simulation

Create a new simulation and give it a name — it opens as a draft you can shape in two tabs: a map and a settings panel.

Drop your properties

On the map, place the properties this scenario should clear. You can:

  • Pin them on the map directly, or
  • Import from your real properties — pull in the properties you already have on file so the scenario reflects your actual book of business.

Pick a service plan

Choose one of your organization's service plans. This defines what "done" means at each property, exactly as it would in a live storm.

Set the depot anchor

Every scenario launches from a depot — the yard the fleet stages at. You pick it from your organization's real depots (the ones with a location on the map), so the anchor and travel distances are grounded in reality rather than a typed-in address.

The depot also anchors direction control — outside-in, inside-out, or nearest-first — the same way it does in live dispatch.

Next

With properties, a plan, and a depot in place, set your vehicle parameters — count, type, and speed — then run it.
