Searching and filtering your lists

Every list screen shares the same search box, filters, and removable chips — so finding a record works the same everywhere.

Getting started Updated 2026-08-14

One filter bar, everywhere

Properties, contacts, jobs, events, vehicles, depots, team, support tickets, audit logs — nearly every list in Snowmass shares the same filter bar at the top. Learn it once and it works the same on every screen.

How it works

  • Search box. Type any part of what you're looking for — an address, a name, an email, an ID — and the list narrows as you type. No need to press enter.
  • Filters. The drop-downs beside it narrow by what matters for that screen (status, type, location, role, and so on). Pick one and the list updates instantly.
  • Chips. Each active search term and filter shows as a removable chip below the bar. Tap the ✕ on a chip to drop just that one, or Reset all to clear everything.

Your search and filters live in the page's web address, so you can bookmark a filtered view or share the link — it opens to the same results.

A few handy ones

  • Properties — filter by status, by job status (active / pending / none), and by location; switch to the map view and lasso an area to bulk-edit.
  • Jobs — filter by lifecycle (pending / active / completed / cancelled).
  • Team & operators — filter by role (admin, dispatcher, operator, …), scoped to this organization.

Bulk actions

On screens that support it (like Properties), tick the rows you want and a Bulk actions menu appears — enable markers, move to a location, or archive several at once.
