From \"I can work\" to \"I'll be there at 7\"

A poll tells you who's available. Attendance confirmation turns that into a committed start time and a live board of who's actually going to make it.

Setting it up

1. Pick a shop time — for example, "be at the shop at 7."
2. Send the confirmation to your available crew.
3. Each operator confirms, or flags that they're running late by 30, 60, or 120 minutes.

The late board

The value is the honest heads-up. Instead of guessing at 7:05 who's missing, you see:

• On time — confirmed for the shop time.
• Late by 30 / 60 / 120 — coming, but you can plan the opening pass around it.
• No confirmation — the ones to call before you count on them.

Why the late buckets matter

A dynamic swarm absorbs a slow start gracefully — machines that show up first begin claiming properties immediately, and late arrivals fold in as they roll out of the yard. Knowing who is 60 minutes out lets you decide whether to hold a run or open short and let the fleet spread.
